My Story
Greetings, I’m Andy Finsand! As a kid, I couldn’t resist building and disassembling things to unravel their inner workings; it’s like I had an innate talent for fixing and understanding the mechanics behind them.
At 18, I ventured into the world of home construction. I started in concrete and later as an HVAC technician. In 2003, I started building homes in collaboration with my brother. Since then, I’ve successfully crafted over 80 custom homes along the Wasatch Front and have been engaged in other projects such as land developing, commercial buildings, and home renovations.
I feel an immense sense of pride when I pass by a house or a building that I constructed years ago. I have always had passion for homes, design, and craftsmanship. I look forward to helping you and your family create a haven where laughter, love, and memories can be made.

Here at Crafted Custom Homes, we’re good at what we do. We’re like design detectives, paying super close attention to every little detail, from the big, bold ideas to the tiny, sneaky finishing touches.
